Our End of Season Celebration Night is planned for Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in the Trinity Baptist Church Sanctuary. All players, cheerleaders, parents and families are encouraged to attend.
Players and Cheer Teams are asked to wear their game day attire for Celebration Night. All players need to be at the Church by 5:45pm. The show will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Please use the Sanctuary entrance on Celebration Night, not the ROC entrance. From there, you will be instructed to your team’s assigned room.
Teams will meet in individually assigned rooms throughout the church and will enter the Sanctuary together as a team. All teams will sit with their teammates and coaches for the duration of the performance.
Celebration Night is just that, a celebration of our wonderful Upward Season. The performance and entertainment is geared for our children. Parents and families will be entertained by the excellent talent we have booked for this year’s event. Please plan to attend with your child.
We should conclude the performance between 7:00 and 7:15, all of the teams will return to the same rooms they met upon arrival. Parents can pick up their children from those rooms.
Please take time to thank your coaches and other families that were involved in the season. Most of all, enjoy the show!
