All basketball players and cheerleaders will have one practice per week. Practices are conducted either on Monday or Tuesday evenings, on the same day and at the same time each week. All practices will last one hour, consisting of a 15 minute devotion and a 45 minute on-court practice. All games and practices are held in the Recreational Outreach Center on the Trinity Baptist Church Campus.
